It is with great sadness that we must announce that our BBQ Bash Dinner & Auction scheduled for Saturday has been cancelled.

We were full steam ahead to make it happen until we were notified today that the venue has cancelled on us for reasons that are still unclear. With only 6 days before the event, Bradley Ranch Winery notified us today that they have decided to not host our event. They have done so with no regard for the contracts we have signed, and the deposits we have made that we may not be able to recover. This was NOT our decision.

The board met today and we have had many conversations throughout the day to try and still make this happen. We considered finding an alternate venue but the reality is that things like liquor licenses, insurance, etc. just can't be accomplished with only 5 working days before the event. Believe us, if we could have made it happen, we would have!

We are so thankful for the people that reached out to us and were willing to help overcome the hurdles placed before us with the unexpected school closure this week. We know that everyone's understanding and flexibility would have allowed us to still have a fantastic event.

We are still working on a plan to utilize the class baskets and projects to raise funds for our amazing teachers at Dillard. More to come as we develop this plan.

Refunds will be given to those who have purchased tickets to the event. Please be patient as we work through that process as we have never had to do so before. We appreciate everyone's understanding. Thanks for your continued support!
